registered Medicare Provider. Serving the Southeastern Michigan Tri-County area of Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb Counties, OPTIMAL
CARE, INC. is a member of the Michigan Home Health Association and is committed to compassionate and respectful care to every
patient.
Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5PM.
We have a nurse or therapist on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays at 1-800-656-8188. Our dedicated staff
live in the communities they serve and are licensed and registered in their respective fields. We specialize in providing
professional home health care through a plan of care directed by your personal physician. Many of our services are covered
by Medicare.
